I used to buy far more wine from Laithwaite than i do these days, reson being they no longer represent value for money - although their premium wines probably do. But for the everyday and regular dinner party wines, supermarket ranges and prices are now excellent, and there is often a 25% off deal which makes them irresistibly good value! Laithwaite's hefty delivery charge is also unappealing, since i can do a complete supermarket shop , delivered, for a quarter of the price - OR - i can easily travel to my local supermarket and collect myself...which also provided a greater opportunity to see their range.e

Laithwaites and the Sunday Times Wine Club are intertwined. I’m a member of both. I bought a mixed case of white wine for a party and was disappointed that the majority of wines were imported and bottled in the Uk ( so likely to have been shipped in in ISO containers. It smacks of cheap end wines, so not convinced I’ll use them again. Having said that, Black Stump and a few of their well respected reds are estate bottled and I like that.

Hi all I regularly buy all types of wines and the wine company I’ve been dealing with is Laithwaite’s wines.
I’ve been dealing with this astounding company for at least 10 -15 years !! And why !! Due to the simple fact that their wines are absolutely fantastic and value for your money.
I’ve even ordered theses wines for both my daughter’s weddings . I’ve never had any complaints about the quality of the wines and most of all the staff are very courteous and very responsive to any issues.
So if anyone is looking for a reputable wine company ! Don’t look any further and start dealing with Laithwaite’s, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellentfor dilivery but poor for their IT department. I keep getting emails saying"have you forgotten something" (my memory really isn't that bad! because the items they are referring to is on someone else's basket. I've raised this with them twice & they still can't get it right!
