The stock availability is better than other supermarkets I have tried. Even during Buy 6 get 25% off promotions they have been able to deliver when other stores have used the excuse of customer demand. Deliveries always on time or a little earlier and amazingly cheap delivery slots - from £1.50. Their delivery drivers are extremely pleasant and although they must be under pressure to get the job done quickly, they are very patient as you unload the trays.

A reliable, great value supermarket. This supermarket's performance was outstanding during the two of biggest tests, in my (our) lifetime, 1. The Pandemic & 2, The peak of the cost-of-living crisis. In my opinion, despite the difficulties, their customer service never wavered, I was impressed with how (in my opinion) they treated me as a customer, also the introduction of the ''Essentials'' range relieved the financial worry. I felt valued by ASDA throughout both of the forementioned events.

I mostly get groceries delivered these days, so you avoid the grimness of some stores. The actual product ranges are very good, especially their extra special dark chocolate and many of their red wines & sparklers (we don't drink standard whites). And all of their drivers are fab. What can I say about ASDA? It's absolutely average - you spend so much with them, they substitute some of the food you wanted and pick short dated food that often goes bad soon after and they never fix the self service machines to have the correct (lower) prices so I sometimes overpay in store for the convenience of not speaking to another human being.

It's appealing for the customer as its local to me, also it's opening times are convenient. Apart from this, their service and product availability is always good , there are a variety to suit everyone, from the most young to the senior ones. Aisles are quite easy to identify due to its information well displayed. It's never untidy and queues are rare to happen, no matter which time of the day. Customer service is helpful and the supermarket brand is also known for its community service and inclusive practices.

I love the fact that there is a huge selection of wine in store, there is always an offer to tempt me to try something new, I can spend an hour choosing between the options. I like the idea that the store gives enough information as to how sweet or dry a bottle is. Good prices, know where everything is staff willing to help and friendly also have family that work at asda. Used to shop at lidl went back to asda as lidl wasn't really any cheaper and didn't seem to have much product wise for a child under 1 at the time for example the small heinz tins.

Asda were the only Supermarket I could get a slot with during covid lockdown. They were constantly several hours late. Had no tracking details. We had champagne delivered with security tags left on. Food sometimes right on sell by date. We had dented tins. Off fruit. Leaking milk. The last order a big £122 food order was not delivered. We had a delivery slot 1pm till 2pm it hadnt arrived at 5pm so rang to cancel the order. Was told I couldnt but not to worry no money would be taken, and the order would be taken back to the store. We had an appointment so left the house at 7pm. We arrived back home at 10pm. Viewed our cameras and saw the driver at 7.20pm with the order. Rang Asda to explain this several times they had taken my money anyway! Sent at least 10 emails including 1 to Asda MD. Cutting a long story short it 3 weeks for my money to be returned. Will never use them again.

They have a good selection to suit all price needs. However I think they lack a “specialty” wine section. I do buy champagne in bulk as they have some good offers but they seem to be behind when a wine has been launched, but you will get access to it when they get it. If you keep the prices affordable it gives me the everyday housewife to enjoy the “posh” tipple once and a while and feel like a millionaire! Life is good! 🍾🥂

I only shop with Asda online as it is the only option available in the rural location where I live. I rarely buy wine from Asda unless topping up on cheap rose for my mother and sister and law. I am a member with Nakek Wines and love the selection and quality of wines I receive from them (they don't get wasted on my mother in law and sister in law 😄).
