We have enjoyed Lanson Black label Brut since before 2010 and consume a bottle monthly on our day of marriage. (21st). It is a less acidic taste than others and therefore adds to the enjoyment of its consumption.

I've bought a case recently from Tesco as it was being sold at a heavy discout (£16.50 a bottle). That's after remembering from some years ago I didn't like it much. Well that hasn't changed - it's still very acidic taste, unbalanced. I'd say significant undeperformer in comparison to wines in similar price bracket (Piper-Heidsieck, Charles Heidsieck, Taittinger) Tesco's own brand beats it hands down any day.
