The selection at waitrose is pretty good for a supermarket and the quality is better than other supermarkets. There is also an excellent service called Waitrose cellar which is as good as most wine suppliers.

Waitrose clearly have a knowledgeable and creative buying team. Their selection of low and no alcohol products is the best, they seem to be conscious of environmental issues, and I haven’t yet had an alcoholic product from them which I would send back for poor quality. The multibuy offers make prices which would otherwise be high, reasonable.

Every aspect of ordering with Waitrose is beautifully tailored towards customer service. From the ease of flitting between options, to the excellence of their suggestions. I’m particularly partial to their Celliers des Dauphins which I buy by the crate load and very quickly polish off ready for another order of them from Waitrose!
