Worcester
Situated north of Robertson and north east of Paarl, this hot internal area, produces over 25% of all South Africa’s wine, but much of it is blended. Due to the hot climate, it is best known for commercial whites, such as Chenin blanc, and full bodied reds. The region is highly irrigated and is dominated by cooperatives.
