The village is located on the foothills of the famous and scenic Dentelles de Montmirail, and lies just 17km from Chateauneuf. The majority of the wines are red, with a little Rose.

Style: bold, spicy, and packed with ripe black fruits, with a brush of wild herbs and lots of peppery spice, yet with a luscious, velvety softness.

Grapes: 80% Grenache, with mainly Syrah and Mourvedre, as the additional grapes in the blend.

Good with: very similar in style to Chateauneuf, therefore goes with rich, braised dishes, such as lamb shanks, beef casserole, and also rosemary spiked roast lamb, as well as many game dishes.
