Wine VIVALDI - This Ripasso is a blend of three local grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. It is a harmonious, full-bodied and velvety wine with smooth tannins and well-balanced acidity. The aromas are complex with black fruits and spices. It is delicate and is a sort of premise for tasting an Amarone. It goes very well with game, braised meats and hard cheeses.
