Asolo Prosecco

With only a tiny 3% of Prosecco production, Asolo is still relatively unknown in the Italian sparkling world. However, if you are looking for some of the best Prosecco out there then you should be looking for Asolo on the label. Asolo was granted DOCG status in 2009, gaining recognition for its steep, hilly terroir and superior growing conditions that produce superior Prosecco. Good levels of sunlight during the day combine with cool nights which help the grapes ripen whilst maintaining acidity giving full-flavoured, balanced wines.
