Why Is My Coupon Not Working?

1. Check the Terms & Conditions

Check the T&Cs of your Coupon (you can see them by clicking on the "Reveal Coupon and visit site" button, and they will be just underneath the Coupon code on the pop up window). Here are common T&Cs:

  • Most Coupon codes can only be used once.
  • Some Coupon codes are for new customers only. If it is the case, the "New customers only" column will be ticked in our Coupon table.
  • Most Coupon have a minimum amount to spend.
  • Most Coupon can't be used in conjunction with other Coupon or offers. This is usually specified in the T&Cs.

2. Look out for spelling mistakes

Check that you typed in the right code. Sometimes Coupon are case sensitive so, to avoid any typing mistakes, just copy and paste the code from our Coupon table.
