Tasting notes: Somewhat reserved on the nose with fairly subtle hints of rye along with some pear and green apple. The rye begins to be more prominent in the mouth with a lively, peppery spice Also some fruit in the form of crisp apple followed by honey. The rye gets into full stride in the finish. Lots of peppery liveliness leaving a glowing warmth.
