Wine Domaine Genot Boulanger - Since 2008, Aude and Guillaume Lavollée have been keeping the family adventure of the Génot-Boulanger estate alive with passion and know-how. Today, 22 hectares of vines located on the most beautiful terroirs of Burgundy and worked in organic farming, produce fine and complex wines and make the reputation of the domaine. This Volnay Vieilles Vignes comes from four parcels in Volnay. These four parcels named les Aussy , les Echards , les Jouères and Cros Martin touch each other and are located at the bottom of the hillside, south-east of the village. 12 months of maturing in oak barrels and 6 months in vats later, we have the chance to taste this subtle nectar, whose vitality of body and crisp tannins remind us of the beauty of Volnay.
