This wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon vines which have a unique ability to transmit their origin at the purest level because they are ungrafted. De Martino carefully tend these ungrafted vines using sustainable farming methods and strive to produce wines with the maximum expression of this special Maipo terrior. With its mild Mediterranean climate and gravel rich soils, it's no wonder this region is world-renowned for its Cabernets. With bold aromatics of cassis, clove, tobacco leaf and graphite which follow onto the tongue, the Ungrafted is certainly up there with the best.
