This white wine is quite pleasant and I usually drink Marlborough Sauvignon blanc but you can't please everyone. But my gripe is not with the wine but with Nicole review of the 9th Sept 2013 when she refers to the wine as English, it is not English it is British, but as usual the English think everything British is ENGLISH!!!!! How can anyone take a beautiful tasting fruit and produce such a disgusting wine,it must take years to perfect. It is not wine but a foul smelling and vile tasting red liquid.Anyone rating this above one star has to be used to driking meths. Buy a bottle and you to can claimto have drunkthe worst wine in the world. My concern is with all the wine being poured down the sink what is it doing to the eco system?

It tastes like Ribena mixed with fake vodka. Forced myself to drink a whole glass and felt very tipsy but not in a good way.
Felt as if I had been drinking moonshine!
Couldn't sleep all night, my head was buzzing and had a terrible headache the next day.

I take part in a monthly quiz, where each member wins a bottle of wine, red or white. It usually isn't very good, but (just about) drinkable. This time I won this, I was a bit dubious about the "British wine" label as English wine is generally well made, and quite expensive. Don't get the two confused. This was thinner than water, if that's possible and tasted like weak sugar syrup, it didn't resemble wine at all. I threw it away. If I'm ever offered that as a prize ever again I'll tell them I'd rather have nothing!

This happens most most weekends, we are a French family living in England and maybe we have a different view of wine, there its a place for everything and this wine has its place in. three middle of a boisterous family gathering.
But lots, drink it all - wonderful!.

I have travelled & tried many wines. I find most wine to have a bitter after taste and be vinegary. I highly recommend the Three Mills range. It is very much a dessert wine with sweet floral & fruity notes, it leaves no bitter after taste & goes well with most dishes (great for drinking without food too). The price is fabulous & it is ideal for gatherings. If you avoid wine because it is too 'sour' for your liking then give Three Mills a try. I wouldn't entertain my guests with anything else & I haven't met anyone yet who didn't like Three Mills!

Once you get over the difference in previous experience of red wines it's actually a grower (my sincere apologies). Its an easy relaxing bottle for a night in front of the telly. Nice, inoffensive and best of all - not a trace of headache the following morning which I always get. At £3.33 it is what it is.

My wife and my self drink a fair amount of wine, nearly all of it from the asda 3 for £10 range, we don't spend £7 to £10 per bottle so we don't compare it to those wines.
We have had the red reserve quite a few times now, and to be honest we really like it, it is probably the sweetest red wine I've ever tasted, and a fruity taste comes through, it's lovely, if sweet red wine isn't your thing, and by the looks of most of the reviews on here it's not, then simply don't buy it, but, if you fancy something different fruity and sweet, then go for it, it's light not too strong 11% sweet and fruity. We love it.
Perhaps I haven't a clue about wine, but my tongue and mouth like it, so that's good enough for me.

I love sweet wines and this one is the nicest one I've come across as of yet. Don't get it confused with the Three Mills Rose, as this is the RESERVE rose - much less "vinegary" as other reviewers have noticed about the original rose. Some other brands of supposedly sweet rose I have tasted I think have had a "pongy" taste and odour to them, whereas this one is more strawberry like and has a hint of (please forgive me if this is just my abnormal tastebuds)a marshmallow taste. Overall I would rate this a 9/10 and a pleasant wine to drink alone or with a dessert.

This isn't real wine, & will only cater to the ultra-bottom end of the market, people who have never paid more than £3 for a bottle of wine and have absolutely no taste. I tried the Rose "Reserve", it is the Sunny Delight of the wine world, artificial tasting and nasty, like it has been created in a vat on an industrial estate using chemicals. If you're skint, at least go for the Tesco or Sainsbury house wines for just a pound more. Why can't I give this a zero?
