Nose: High intensity of fragrant aromas. Expect fresh fruit and honey on the nose, along with lighter notes of brioche and vanilla.
Palate: On the palate, it's lively and fresh, with a good balance between fruit and bready yeast flavors. The flavors of peach, white flowers, and vanilla carry through from the nose, along with a hint of lemon.

This is by far the nicest champagne I have sampled. It has a beautiful aroma and the flavour is crisp and biscuity. I also find that although full of fizz it is not too 'gassy' on the stomach! An altogether moreish sup - beautifully matched with canapes and main courses and supremely suited when paired with a selection of cheeses. It is also extremely enjoyable on it's own over a quiet evening at home. I love it!
