70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling - The 2019 release of Springbank 25 Year Old has been aged in 60% ex-sherry casks and 40% ex-rum casks. The result is fruity and complex single malt with aromas of rhubarb, pineapples, parma violets and sweet oloroso sherry. The palate expertly balances light, fruity tropical notes from the rum casks and rich, sweet notes of raisins from the sherry casks.
