The spirit is distilled from the finest English Barley with 10 carefully selected botanicals, then blended with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell spring, one of the sources of the River Thames. On the nose, there are delicate floral, summer meadow notes, with mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness. The palate is dominated by dry juniper, followed by lemon tart and orange marmalade, before all the flavours harmonise. A dry finish is complemented with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon tart emerging. It is smooth enough for a Martini, yet rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T. 41.6% ABV
