75cl / 12.5% - The 2017 vintage marks the third release of sparkling rosé from Rathfinny Estate in Sussex. The Pinot noir is a little more pronounced than in previous years, which brings some extra strawberries and redcurrants to the palate. You can also expect good acidity and notes of cherry, apple and rhubarb.
