70cl / 47% - Earthy and rich, this artisanal pechuga from QuiQuiRiQui is made using espadin agave and uses roasted coffee beans in place of the traditional raw chicken breast. Roasted, crushed and fermented, the mezcal is distilled twice before the coffee beans are added and allowed to rest for two weeks, before a third and final distillation. Aromas of rich, earthy coffee with a delicate bitterness fill the nose, complemented by notes of green herbs, bitter coffee, rich cocoa and sweet agave throughout the
