Starting with a classic, juniper-forward recipe, Porters have added passion fruit, guava, white tea and Buddha's hand (a citrus fruit with fingers that looks remarkably hand-like). A touch of extra sweetness and the Tropical Old Tom is ready to go. It's great in Martinis or Martinezes, or as something a little different with your tonic or soda.
