This brilliant, dry Riesling from the highly rated Polish Hill vineyard shows excellent notes of intense grapefruit and citrus flavours coupled with a long minerally finish. Although this wine is a very refreshing glass on its own, its nice texture makes it an ideal white to sip alongside a plate of shellfish. In the press: "This Aussie wine is outrageous! Searing and intense, it's got all the power and brightness of an ice-cold lime being squirted into your face on a hot day. Wonderfully bright and crisp, the acidity on this bad boy will develop over years if you fancy laying it down to develop. Personally, I'm sipping this for Britain one glass at a time."
