70cl / 40% - Made by spirits industry legend Philip Duff, who helped create Bols Genever among other brands, this is an authentic Dutch genever made in the country's traditional distilling heartland Schiedam. Composed of 53% malt wine (triple-distilled rye and malted barley) and 47% grain spirit, plus juniper, citrus peel, star anise, liquorice and coriander botanicals, this is a beautifully-made spirit that works wonderfully in traditional cocktails.
