70cl / 44% - Inspired by the Hispanic legend of the amorphous coyote, this mezcal is made in the village of San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca. Produced by using agave plants with ‘capado’, a flowering stalk, at the height of maturity and sugar content. The result is a floral, perfumy and peppery mezcal with notes of wood, tangerine peel, lemongrass and anise.
