70cl / 21% - A decadent coffee liqueur from Climpson & Sons that is made with rich, chocolatey coffee from Daterra Estate in Brazil, prepared using a flash-brew technique – brewing the coffee in hot water and rapidly chilling it – before adding cacao and Madagascan vanilla. Once the coffee is brewed, it is blended with a bespoke combination of aged Guyanese rum and unaged Caribbean rum, with an extra touch of Madagascan vanilla and Costa Rican cacao.
