70cl / 57.6% - A 2006-vintage Jamaican rum from Mezan that was made at one of the islands oldest distilleries, it was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks in Jamaica's tropical climate for three years, before being transported to Europe for a further 13 years. The palate offers notes of flambéed banana, ripe pineapple, dark chocolate, pepper, ginger and mango that linger in the finish.
