Tasting notes: Deep gold leading to darker hues. The nose is sweet dried meadow hay and sandlewood, with hints of vanilla and roasting spices. In the mouth there are deep set dried fruit characters of prune, fig and marmalade with cinnamon and warm bread. The wood integration is lovely, and lifts the fruit spice elements really well and carry them along to a long and complex finish.
