Makes a nice gift, but not great value at c£60 a bottle as it looks better than it tastes.. There is probably better value pink champagne in not quite as an attractive bottle. Even so I’d still be tempted at the current Majestic discounted price of c£36 a bottle, if only for its impact at a party!

In it's immediately recognisable bottle, this is a great non-vintage rose, for those whom Krug Rose is just out of reach; every bottle is every so slightly different in colour - mine had a touch of orange about it - but it's usually salmon pink, dry and with small bubbles that are the hallmark of a quality fizz. IF under £45, it's a deal! I love it.
