Now if ever you could call a wine greater than the sum of its parts, this is it! Just how do you get Pomerol, Pauillac, Saint-Emilion and 100-year-old Grenache into one bottle - and not pay the earth for this role call of red wine honour? Meet La Part du Boucher. This deliciously rich, big, meaty, oak-aged red boasts an intense, beguiling colour, spicy cedar aromas and bold black fruits. It is the creation of our own Chai winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua. who, like a good, top quality, old fashioned butcher, keeps the best 'left overs' for himself. Now 'left overs' does sound that exciting but when you consider these are from some of the best barrels from the finest appellations ... and you have something rather special and unique.
