Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire

I had not normally been a spirit drinker until introduced to this stunning addition to the Jack Daniels collection. It is delightfully smooth and easy on the palate. I never liked scotch or Irish whiskey but I must confess to being quite taken with the American version. This drinks more like a liqueur than a 'fierce' whiskey and is excellent when paired with ginger. For a long drink I suggest serving it with chilled Crabbies alcoholic ginger beer - lovely when relaxing in the evening summer sun. For a short warming winter quaff it is best matched with Crabbies green ginger wine. The flavours of cinnamon and ginger are reminiscent of Christmas by the log fire! A really enjoyable drink!
