With sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, he and his team cultivate some of the most prized cool-climate vineyards in South Africa. Thanks to the area's long growing season, Iona's wines develop intricate layers of flavour, resulting in a fresh, refined elegance. Bright, crisp aromas of citrus, green apple, and hints of fresh herbs, complemented by a clean minerality. On the palate, vibrant notes of lime, passion fruit, and grapefruit are framed by a lively acidity, all leading to a long, structured finish.
