Highland Park distillery is a renowned Scottish distillery located on the Orkney Islands in northern Scotland. The distillery has a rich history, dating back to 1798, making it one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Scotland. To create this 15 Year Old, a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks were utilised. This produces a dram packed with warm, spicy notes balanced with notes of sweet vanilla & citrus fruits. This release is presented in a stunning porcelain decanter, designed to show a glimpse into the past as to how their whisky would have been stored in earthenware vessels. This release is presented all natural colour at 44%abv.
