The Fillioux family members have been master blenders to the Hennessy family for seven generations, thereby ensuring the uninterrupted transmission of their savoir faire. Created in homage to Richard Hennessy, ‘Ancient Stock’ is the term for precious, rare eaux-de-vie over 50 years of age (of the 3,000 entering the Hennessy cellars each year, only five lots will become ancient stock).
