Wine VIÑA VENTISQUERO TARA - Ventisquero is one of the best producers in Chile and has one of the most modern wineries in the world. The Grey collection was made with the assistance of well-known Chilean and foreign wine makers. The Grey Cabernet Sauvignon wine comes from the Maipo Valley. The grapes are harvested by hand and originate from a single vineyard called Trinidad. They are then subject to meticulous selection with exceptional care under the direct management of winemaker, Felipe Tosso. This vintage was made in a cool year with mild temperatures. The grapes are then slowly matured, which allows even development leading to wines of great elegance. This wine was aged for 18 months in French barrels, of which 33% are new. It will pair perfectly with grilled red meat or matured cheese. We find red and black fruits like strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant that blend with aromas of black pepper, damp earth and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is elegant, complex and balanced with well-presented, soft tannins.
