70cl / 44% - Eric Bordelet is known as a producer of high-quality Normandie ciders and limited-edition Calvados brandies. The 1976-vintage was distilled by Bordelet’s mentor Patrice Delaunay and aged for 46 years in a single barrel in a damp underground cellar, refining notes of mature apples. A perfect digestive to be savoured on its own, or paired with dark chocolate or a great cigar.
