Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur is a gin based liqueur inspired by an old-fashioned sweet shop or fruit picking on a summer's day.
With its intense flavour, rhubarb is the ideal fruit for a sweet gin liqueur. Freshly picked rhubarb has been mixed with Oriental ginger and infused with the Classic Edinburgh Gin.
The rhubarb and spice are left to steep for 4 weeks to allow the complex flavours to come together to make the warm, sweet liqueur.
