For four generations, the Vauvy family have been creating exceptional wines from their vineyards on the banks of the river Cher in Touraine. Patrick Vauvy took over the Domaine in 1991, and since then he has been making a name for himself by bringing a new vision to the wines and creating a new signature style. This ripe Sauvignon Blanc is picked two weeks later than its neighbours, resulting in an attractively aromatic nose with exotic fruits and a hint of mint. Fresh and tangy, it is one to try on its own or with your favourite grilled vegetables and light fish dishes.
