Wine COMMANDERIE DE LA BARGEMONE - This Collection vintage reaps the rewards of a great micro climate created by its altitude. It provides a fresher environment and makes the harvest date later in relation to other vineyards in the appellation. It's just this that gives the rosé a fabulous concentration of aromas. Cabernet Sauvignon is little used in Provence especially for rosé wines and their later maturation cycle brings freshness, acidity and hints of red fruits to this vintage. The heritage variety, Counoise, brings unique aromas of flowers and spice to the blend.
