A somewhat uncharacteristic yet extremely compelling version of a far Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir with scents of black cherry, pomegranate, and orange peel flying out of the glass. The palate is concentrated, but not thick, showing flavors of clove, cardamom, and raspberry pie filling.
This wine has enough layers and complexity to cellar for 5-7 years but is quite approachable now with a few swirls of the glass to open it up. Pair with mushroom risotto, sesame chicken, or Korean Gochujang Noodles.
