Wine LES VIGNERONS DE FLORENSAC - This pure Chardonnay from the Vignerons de Florensac has superb aromatic expression and is captivating for its aromas of peach, citrus and white flowers. Following a few months of ageing, the nose is clean, rounded and well-balanced. The finish has lovely buttery, toasted notes but counterbalanced with notes of grapefruit zest. This wine will pair perfectly with creamy or sauce dishes such as blanquette of veal or a risotto. A very well-made wine in its simplicity as well as its elegance - equally enjoyable as an aperitif or to accompany cheese.
