The Spanish region of Jumilla's far south is an area well known for its concentrated wines that truly over-deliver in the glass. We love their easy-going fruitiness, and this wine is no exception. It's a zippy, zesty white blend, based on Sauvignon Blanc, that is ideally suited to pairing with seafood dishes and (of course) serving by the glass, nice and chilled on its own.
