Tasting notes: A fresh peat smoke nose of tonka, basil, mint and vanilla. There are some delicate spices of coriander and thyme too. The palate opens to reveal lemons, lime zest, gooseberry fool all wrapped in a blanket of peat smoke, with peaty vanilla ice cream on the finish.
