I have used Disaronno Amaretto for more than forty years as a vital cooking ingredient when using ground almonds and the receipe calls for almond essence or almond flavouring. Just add Disaronna Amaretto to enhance the receipe, adjusting the amount of other liquid added and forget essence and flavouring.
