75cl / 12% - This Champagne uses Pinot Noir grapes grown from 40-year-old vines and was oak aged to give an intensely rich Champagne. You will find aromas of strawberry, rhubarb and baked apples with a hint of almond paste, complemented by a full body with a lovely, lifted orchard fruit profile and hints of candied banana. A delicious paring with lighter meats and monkfish.
