The 19 Crimes Cab is perfect if you like your wine with intense fruit and velvet smoothness. The fruit comes in really ripe with redcurrant, cranberry and berry flavours. These are met with oak adding gentle vanilla and chocolate notes to the mix. Since it is Cabernet, there is some herbaceous nature about it with a little bit of violet providing some more aromatic quality and complexity to the wine.
