Made in partnership with the Cave due to its access to a high proportion of the best fruit and the expert blending ability of David Delaye, the chief winemaker. Dry and crisp, with depth of fresh citrus-fruit flavour, it picks up a subtle minerality from the soil, which contains ancient marine fossils.

A classic example of the Arneis grape variety produced to the southeast of Turin. Nervous yet broad, this is one of the forgotten grapes of Italy - persuasive tropical fruit with underlying minerality and fine, clean finish. Elegant and rich, it will have diverse appeal but is excellent with grilled fish.
