75cl / 13.5% - Ver Sacrum is one of the most exciting new wineries in Argentina focusing mainly on varietals that are not so commonly found in Argentina. This is a blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Criolla Blanca which is co fermented with wild yeasts in concrete eggs, then left sur lie for 11 months and 10% is aged under flor. Not an easy wine to make but definitely worth the effort.
