Many SA Chenin's can err on the sweet side, but this one, as the name suggests, balances limited sweetness with a fresh zesty acidity perfectly. To me, it just edges out the likes of The Lobster Pot and Gooseberry Bush. I can't wait for it to come back into stock with hopefully a new vintage.
