Guv'nor Sparkling Tasting Notes

The Guv'nor Sparkling isn't your typical Spanish Cava, in fact it isn't Cava at all: it's a blend of Chardonnay and Viura. The Chardonnay seems to lend a nice bit of weight to the wine and as well as flavours of stone-fruit and cream, whilst the Viura brings fresher appeals with citrus and blossom. It's one of those bubblies you can open up for a casual evening or be assured it'll go down well at a party.
