A single vineyard site around Forreston, to the east of Adelaide, in the hills where you can look down on the wonderful city below. The grapes were machine picked during the cool of the night, retaining freshness, before being pressed into 500L used French oak barrels where it stayed for around 8 months with regular stirring to keep the lees moving and layering the wine with texture. This is a unique, must-try white wine for fans of Sauvignon Blanc and haters alike. Still holding plenty of varietal character, green grass, grapefruit and mineral notes, this is a textural Sauvignon Blanc that'll keep drinking well for a few years to come yet.
