The 4G Shiraz from the team at 5OS features a blend of 4 consecutive vintages of Shiraz hailing from their 100+ year-old vineyard in the McLaren Vale. Small volumes were blended from the best barrel selections of each year. Broken down it looks like this - 2015 (20%), 2016 (33%), 2017 (26%) and 2018 (21%). The result is one seriously smooth, satisfying Aussie red with complexity from multiple vintages yet a freshness with the inclusion of younger wine from 2018. Only 101 cases were made, and we've shipped a small number from that total.
