Every now and again you come across a real gem ... Stamford Brook Merlot is one of them for sure. Great value for money, great taste, better than some more expensive Merlots. Should have bought more when it was available... didn't want to appear be too greedy at checkout. Can't wait for it to come back on the shelves.. here's hoping.

Discovered this wine by accident in Sainsbury's and absolutely love it. It is smooth, fruity and full-bodied - excellent with an evening meal.
